Jr is professional, outgoing and his price was fantastic. After getting several bids that were astronomically high, I got a call back from Jr. I was discouraged and told him not to even bother coming out for a bid because I didn’t think we could afford it. He asked what I was looking for and my price point. I gave him the information and sent him a couple pictures of the project. He quickly responded that not only could he do it, but it would be done within the next week (insert happy dance😆) Our slabs got poured yesterday and they turned out so great. George Hansen2024-07-21I needed some concrete done, not a big job for most but bigger than I thought about trying. Went online and found some contractors. Submitted to some of them and to F.R. Concrete. Jr, contacted me I believe that day. He said he was going to be in the area that afternoon and could he stop by. There was a couple of things that lead be to pick his company. 1) his company talked about family business, they were local. 2) Jr showed up when he said. Meeting him for just a brief moment he treated me with a handshake no fist pump stuff. 3) he looked at me when talking. All characters that I like in a business owner and person in general. I showed him what I wanted done. He gave me some good advice, he took some measurements and told me he'd write up an email it to me. Got the bid and I agreed. And within a week he fit me into a schedule. Came out in the morning as said, on time with his crew. He introduced me to them and definitely a family business. His crew framed one day, cleaned up before them left. I have a sprinkler system and they were very cautious of them. Came back the next day to pour and finish the job. I can't be any happier with the final finish. Jr and his crew (family) were very professional and great to deal. Oh yeah, the price was great. By the time Jr and his crew left, Jr made me feel like part of his family and not just a customer. Jr. Thank you again for doing a great job. The other contractors were not detailed. When we received the proposal for the work. It was broken down and detailed as to the process of the work. Each day they were on time and informed us. Where they were at and what to expect when they returned. The finish work is excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. They matched our existing patio (with the gazebo) on both sides. The acid wash and sealing that was done. Is by far the way to go. Between the existing and new sections. There is no difference. I plan to have them back on our next project. I would recommend them for your project. You won’t be disappointed.

Jr came out within a few hours to quote replacing half of our driveway and let me tell you, his price beat the other 5-6 contractors we had our for the exact same job by quite a bit. He was very reliable, honest and got the job done in a day. We live in an HOA neighborhood and he made sure to finish the job with acid wash/power wash to match the old concrete. He was always so communicative about the steps they were taking to complete the job, very professional and cared about the job they were doing.
